Resident satisfaction: This government KPI measures the level of public happiness with public sector services and performance.

Employee retention rate: This government KPI is a measure of the government’s ability to retain its employees.

Why I hate CA and its Voters

An expose of George Gascon, LA County DA, and all Californians that voted for him.  The crime shown in this video resulted in the criminal going to summer camp vs. jail.  The extra story in this video further exposes Gascon as clearly being an advocate for pedophiles.  He sentenced pedophile James Tubbs (age 26) to juvenile hall.  No I’m not kidding.  Hope you are proud, Californians.
