Idea: Diet Tang

Here is what I sent to Kraft Heinz on Apr 27, 2022:

Hi KH. Like many aging people here in the US (I’m 53), I have health issues that steer me away from sugar. I grew up as a youngster loving Tang. But I can’t drink it anymore because of the sugar content. May I suggest you produce a “Tang Light”? It would be a huge hit with me.

Idea: Food Mall!

Turn failing malls into all restaurants. Big brands, local Mom/Pops, etc. Organize randomly or according to cuisine (steakhouse, seafood, desserts, etc.) or by food preference Vegan, etc. Possibly use the food court as a communal dining area that includes menus from all restaurants. Entice customers into your restaurant by offering in-restaurant-only menu items. Or maybe the food court is the waiting area for restaurants to offer their appetizers and drinks. Then at meal time, patrons physically move to the restaurant location.

Oven Rack Positions Guide

How you arrange your oven racks can make you a better cook. Here’s when to use your oven’s upper, middle, and lower rack positions for the best baking and roasting results.

Top
This position is ideal for using a broiler.

Middle
The default position. It’s ideal for most foods since it situates the item in the middle of the oven, allowing the hot air to circulate evenly around the food.

Bottom
This position affords close proximity to the heat source that maintains heat as you cook, making it perfect for pizza or other flatbreads that require a short exposure to intense temperatures.
