Procter & Gamble is announcing a $400 million expansion of its paper products facility in Box Elder County. At least 100 new jobs will be added to the facility with the expansion over the next 20 years.The announcement was made this week from the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, who will be giving the manufacturer a temporary, marginal tax reduction.
